If you're getting trim, choose the bronze or gold silk press that already comes with it, because they will charge you $55 for a trim. Just pay the $90 or $112 or else they will try to finesse from the $70 of the basic silk press and a bogus trim. The new stylist there, Mariah Lilly, doesn't know how to do silk presses well at all. Locs are her specialty so don't go to her for silk presses. If you have 4C hair, go to the owner or the one who does the scalp treatments. Matter of fact, just go to a Dominican hair solan. I paid $145 for nothing because I can do my hair way better at home. I will at least give it a one star because the place is clean but I'm very disappointed in their services with this new stylist. Shes not skilled.
My hair experience was amazing from start to finish! Vicky was friendly, knowledgeable about my hair texture, and took the time to suggest different options that would work best for me. The rest of the staff was just as welcoming and kind, and even the other customers made the atmosphere feel warm and inviting. The entire experience was 100% positive. Great customer service, great vibes, and a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon!
Healing Hands! I just finished chemo treatment, and hair becomes very important to maintain and take care of. I will say, when I went to Shamika at Heavenly Beauty, I had a few bald spots. A month later, with the care that she gave, my hair is growing back! I'm very pleased with the service, professionalism, kindness, and caring—all the things you want a place to be for personal service. Thank you, Shamika!"
The owner is truly amazing. She focuses on healthy hair and helped restore my hair from bald to now down my back. This picture is a year back and it keeps growing. You actually get in the chair at the time of your appointment. She respects our time and is so sweet.
